Sky Sports Renews Agreement with SPFL

LONDON: Sky Sports is continuing its partnership with the Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL) for three more seasons, guaranteeing subscribers up to 30 live matches per season.

The deal runs through the end of the 2019-20 season. SPFL will be available to Sky Sports subscribers on mobile, laptop and certain tablets via Sky Go. Non-subscribers can also view matches on a variety of devices through the online streaming service NOW TV by purchasing a Sky Sports Day Pass or Sky Sports Week Pass.

Sky Sports has aired Scottish football since it first launched. Coverage of the SPFL is hosted by David Tanner, with expert analysis from Neil McCann, Davie Provan and Andy Walker. The latest Scottish football news is covered by Sky Sports News HQ, across the Sky Sports website and on other digital platforms.

Barney Francis, Sky Sports' managing director, remarked: "We're delighted to extend our partnership with the SPFL, taking our coverage of Scottish football to almost 30 years with this deal. The SPFL is a major part of our unrivaled football schedule, in addition to the Scottish Cup and Scotland's UEFA Euro 2016 and FIFA World Cup 2018 qualifiers."
