Henrik Pabst & James Baker Added to Red Arrow’s Management Board

MUNICH: Two new appointments have been made to the management board of Red Arrow Entertainment Group: Henrik Pabst, the managing director of Red Arrow International, and James Baker, who is taking on an expanded role as managing director for Red Arrow U.K. and global scripted strategy.

Led by Red Arrow Entertainment Group CEO Jan Frouman, the Board also includes Nina Hirsch (CFO), Michael Schmidt (CCO) and Martin Metzger (business and legal affairs).

Frouman said: "Henrik and James are consummate group players. They blend enormous expertise with a genuine group-mindset—and always without ego. A truly rare combination. Adding them to our management board was an easy call.
