Lionel Uzan Named Federation Entertainment Group’s MD

PARIS: Federation Entertainment Group has tapped Lionel Uzan for the newly created role of managing director, effective June 1.

Uzan, who will also be a partner in the company, is set to work out of the studio’s Paris headquarters and report directly to Federation CEO Pascal Breton. The exec will be charged with supervising the company’s full production and distribution activities for France, Europe and the U.S.

Uzan most recently worked at SND Groupe M6, the feature-film label for M6, where he served as director of acquisitions, productions and international distribution.
