Spain’s TVE Debuts New Titles at DISCOP Istanbul

ISTANBUL: Spain’s Televisión Española is slated to debut several new titles at this week’s DISCOP Istanbul, which also marks the company’s first year attending the event.

Among TVE’s highlights is the third season of the historical drama Isabel, about Spain’s famous monarch. That show’s first two seasons already air on the OSN pay-TV platform across the Middle East.

Additionally, the company will be premiering Víctor Ros, a scripted series following a Madrid-based detective toward the end of the 19th century who uses the latest scientific advancements to solve crimes.

On the factual front, TVE will offer El Prado, a Passion for Painting, a special shot in 4K showing the painting collection of the Museo del Prado. That title has already been sold into South Korea.
