Christian Rönsch Now Sole CEO of Studio Hamburg Enterprises

HAMBURG: On the heels of Tanja Meier-Sieden’s resignation from Studio Hamburg Enterprises’ executive board, Christian Rönsch becomes the company’s sole CEO, effective immediately.

On December 31, Meier-Sieden stepped down from the executive board as planned following the completion of her mandate. She had been serving in that role since mid-2013 on behalf of shareholder ZDF Enterprises GmbH. She will soon take on new duties in business development and affiliates at ZDF Enterprises.

“We thank Tanja Meier-Sieden for the superb job she has done for us at Studio Hamburg Enterprises,” said Alexander Coridass, the president and CEO of ZDF Enterprises.

“We will miss having Tanja Meier-Sieden as part of our team in Hamburg. We are delighted, however, that she will remain a knowledgeable contact for us in her new role with our shareholder ZDF Enterprises,” noted Rönsch.

“I am delighted to have been intensively involved in the strategic, personnel and content-related development of Studio Hamburg Enterprises, and to be handing over a stronger company to the sole, trusted leadership of Christian Rönsch,” added Meier-Sieden.
