MUNICH: Henrik Pabst, formerly co-managing director of Red Arrow International, will take on sole responsibility for all aspects of the business following the upcoming departure of Irina Ignatiew-Lemke.

Pabst will serve as sole managing director of the company, effective immediately. Under his leadership, Red Arrow International will continue to expand its team, build its physical presence across key markets and invest in further properties from across the industry.

Ignatiew-Lemke is set to step down at the end of November, at her own request. The exec has been with the company since 2012, most recently leading the firm’s scripted distribution business. Under her watch, Red Arrow co-produced international series such as 100 Code.

Jan Frouman, the CEO of Red Arrow Entertainment Group, said: “I would like to thank Irina for her many contributions to Red Arrow’s ongoing growth and success and I wish her all the best in her new endeavors. I would also like to congratulate Henrik. Time and time again, he has proven to the entire organization that he is not only an exceptional sales executive, but also a leader with extraordinary skill, drive and creativity. We could not ask for a more capable executive to lead our distribution business.”
