Dutch Pickup for Red Arrow International’s Safety First

CANNES: RTL Netherlands has picked up the Belgian version of the comedy series Safety First from Red Arrow International.

The show was created by Tim van Aelst, who is also behind such hits as What If? and Benidorm Bastards. The series was a ratings hit on VTM Belgium.

Tim Gerhartz, the senior sales manager for Benelux at Red Arrow International, said: "Safety First was a huge success on VTM and is raking in comedy awards. Additionally, Tim Van Aelst's programs have a terrific track record on RTL so naturally it is the perfect home for our four incompetent security guards."
