MANCHESTER: RED Production Company has elevated two members of its creative team, Caroline Hollick and Richard Fee.

Hollick has become the company's creative director. In this newly created role, she is responsible for developing more original scripted content with writers, producers and directors from the U.K. and internationally.

Fee is filling Hollick's previous post as head of development. He will continue to oversee RED's development slate, while increasing the company's work with online and TV on-demand services in the U.K. and worldwide.

Nicola Shindler, executive producer and founder of RED Production Company, remarked: "Caroline and Richard have played a key role in increasing the number of new commissions and returning shows we have had due to their collaboration with and support for our writers—both established and new talent. We want to continue to promote the work of the very best writing talent in the U.K. and internationally—something that has always been at the heart of RED."

Earlier this year, RED named Michaela Eccleston as head of production.
