LONDON: Angela Neillis has left her role as the head of acquisitions at Sky Vision to join FremantleMedia International (FMI) as director of non-scripted, replacing Niki Page, who is headed to Sky Vision to fill Neillis' post.

Neillis will now be responsible for overseeing non-scripted content both from FremantleMedia's production arm and from third-party producers.

Bob McCourt, the acting CEO of FremantleMedia International, said, “At FMI we are committed to working with the most exceptional talent in every genre, so I am delighted to welcome Angela to the team where her wealth of experience is sure to bring some well-regarded partners and exciting new content to our unscripted portfolio.”

Page was formerly the director of acquisitions and development for non-scripted global content for EMEA and the Asia Pacific at FremantleMedia International. She now joins Sky Vision as head of acquisitions, factual and factual entertainment.

Connie Hodson, the commercial director at Sky Vision, said: “I’m thrilled Niki will be joining us in the New Year. We have increased the range of genres we now represent and Niki will be instrumental in ensuring we continue to offer the highest levels of service to our producers.”

Also at Sky Vision, Mauro Sala has been hired as a senior sales executive for Turkey, Israel, Greece, Cyprus, Malta and inflight sales. He was previously a sales executive at BBC Worldwide.
