Shooting Begins on Tele München’s Sapphire Blue

MUNICH: Shooting has started on Sapphire Blue, the sequel to Ruby Red, both sold by TM International.

Sapphire Blue is a production of Tele München, mem-film, Lieblingsfilm, Geißendörfer Film- und Fernsehproduktion and Arri Film & TV. It is the second volume of the Precious Stone Trilogy by Kerstin Gier, which has sold more than 2 million copies in Germany alone.

Tele München's theatrical distribution division, Concorde Filmverleih, will release Sapphire Blue in Germany in 2014. TM International is at MIPCOM selling Ruby Red and Sapphire Blue worldwide.
