New Head of Commissioning for TV4’s Sjuan

STOCKHOLM: Maria Mowbray has been named as the new head of commissioning for TV4 sister channel Sjuan.

Mowbray was formerly the head of the commissioning department at the TV4 Group. She takes over with immediate effect from Anton Glanzelius, who became deputy channels director in June at the TV4 Group.

Åsa Sjöberg, the director of programs at TV4, said: "Maria Mowbray is simply the ideal person to take over and we are so happy that she is up for the challenge. Sjuan has grown tremendously in recent years thanks to Anton Glanzelius' work and is now entering a very exciting phase as an established channel."

"Sjuan is right now having the best year ever and while ratings continue to grow, it's both exciting and challenging to take on my new role as we continue to develop and strengthen the channel further," added Mowbray.
