BBC Worldwide Taps Director of Sales Strategy & Business Planning

LONDON: Anna Gordon has been hired as BBC Worldwide’s director of global sales strategy, business development and planning.

In her new role, Gordon will manage the high level sales strategy and support the company’s sales teams around the globe and at important markets, such as BBC Worldwide Showcase, MIPCOM and MIPTV. She currently serves as the head of commercial development for the Commercial Agency. Before that she was the deputy head of strategy for BBC Television. Prior to joining the BBC, Gordon worked as a strategy consultant for a half decade.
