FremantleMedia Sweden Names New MD

LONDON: Magnus Karlsson-Lamm has been selected as the new managing director for FremantleMedia Sweden, FremantleMedia’s Swedish production division.

In his new role, which will become effective on September 1, Karlsson-Lamm will be charged with overseeing all development and production operations in Sweden. He will collaborate with various parts of the FremantleMedia group and maintain current relationships with partners in the region. He will work out of Stockholm under Daniela Matei, the company’s CEO for the Nordics, Central Eastern Europe and the Balkans.

Karlsson-Lamm previously served as the acting head of entertainment and deputy head of the program department at TV4 in Sweden. He has also held management and production-related positions at MTV and SBS.
