MIPCOM Spotlight: Panini Media

CANNES: At MIPTV, Panini Media introduced the market to the series Metal Hurlant Chronicles, Jordskott and Signs, and now, at MIPCOM, the company is looking to solidify worldwide sales for this trio of titles.

“MIPCOM 2012 is very important to us, as we plan to strengthen the base of broadcasters and media partners for our main titles and expand the number of territories internationally,” says Tony Verdini, the senior sales and marketing manager at Panini Media.

“Season one of Metal Hurlant Chronicles has been produced and delivered to our first partners, and the objective is to have it premiered in 30 countries this coming fall,” Verdini continues. “Signs has just started its production and it is now gearing up to progress on presales with the support from our prestigious production partners.”
