LONDON: Camilla Hammer is exiting the role of CEO of Shine International, with Nadine Nohr stepping into the post on an interim basis.

Hammer, who previously spent 12 years at Modern Times Group, became the CEO of Shine International in December 2011. She replaced Chris Grant, who left the company when the operations moved from Los Angeles to London.

Nohr has been a consultant with the company for a few years and prior to that was the managing director of Granada International. She now takes on the role of interim CEO on a 12-month contract as of September 10.

Alex Mahon, Shine Group’s CEO, said: "We are sorry to see Camilla leave but understanding and respectful of her decision to do so. She has steered Shine International to be on course for another record year of growth, buoyed by successful sales campaigns for recent scripted properties, including the second series of the critically acclaimed The Hour and forthcoming Frank Spotnitz-penned Hunted from Kudos, in addition to the ongoing strong performances of our global formats such as MasterChef."

She added: "Nadine steps into the role not only as an incredibly experienced international distribution executive but one well known to both the Shine team and clients given her three years of consulting with us."
