Turkish Drama My Little Girl Lands in Romania

Antena Romania has secured the rights for My Little Girl (Kizim), which features child star Beren Gökyildiz (Mother), from Madd Entertainment.

Gökyildiz stars as an 8-year-old girl abandoned by her mother. She goes to live with her father, played by Buğra Gülsoy (Kuzey Güney, Fatmagul), a petty swindler who never knew she existed, and the two form an unlikely family.

The Medyapim-produced drama went on air under the Romanian title Fetita Mea on Antena 1 at the beginning of this week.

Carmen Radoi, acquisitions manager of Antena Romania, said, “It is a great pleasure to offer our viewers My Little Girl (Fetita Mea), an incredible touching story of a high production value from the best Turkish production company. My Little Girl is a great combination of emotion, mystery, drama and romance, the kind of story that immediately catches viewers’ attention and increases their curiosity episode by episode.”

“We are sure that Romanian viewers will enjoy watching our premium drama My Little Girl and it will bring quickly more audiences to Antena’s screen,” said Deniz Cantutan, Madd Entertainment’s senior sales manager.
