Turkish Adaptation of A Mother’s Guilt Debuts on Kanal D

ABS-CBN’s crime drama A Mother’s Guilt has been adapted in Turkey, where it is airing on Kanal D.

The story follows a single mother who agrees to kill a man in exchange for money needed to pay hospital bills that would save her son’s life. Co-produced by ABS-CBN and the Turkish production company Limon Yapim, the series stars Özge Özberk as Suna (mother) and Mert Yazıcıoğlu as Yusuf (son).

“A Mother’s Guilt is a feat not only for ABS-CBN but for the country as well, as it becomes the first original Philippine series to be greenlit for adaptation on Turkish television,” said Macie Imperial, the head of ABS-CBN International Distribution. “It is a testament to the company’s dedication to creating stories that resonate universally.”
