Spotlight: Electric Entertainment

Electric Entertainment’s slate features a new sci-fi series by creator Dean Devlin, titled The Ark.

“Dean Devlin has been long known as one of the best creators and producers of science fiction, so having yet another project by him in this genre makes our broadcast partners excited,” says Sonia Mehandjiyska, head of international distribution.

Electric Entertainment is also working on the second seasons of Leverage: Redemption and Almost Paradise, both of which will begin shooting in 2022. “Renewals always validate the success of an existing series,” adds Mehandjiyska.

She also notes, “We produced 54 episodes during the first year of the pandemic, and we are on our way to match or exceed that this year.”
