eOne’s Private Eyes Secures Additional Broadcasters

Entertainment One (eOne) has inked a number of new international deals for the crime procedural Private Eyes, which stars Jason Priestley (Call Me Fitz, 90210) and Cindy Sampson (Rookie Blue).

Private Eyes follows an ex-professional athlete who partners up with a private investigator. The series was snapped up by ION Television in the U.S., Universal Channel in Australia, Fox Networks Group in Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria and the Balkans, SBS in Belgium, COMOTE TV in Greece and FTV PRIMA in the Czech Republic, bringing it to more than 110 territories worldwide.

Private Eyes was ordered for another 18 episodes following its successful first season on Global Television in Canada. The book-based show is produced in association with Corus Entertainment. As previously announced, it was also licensed to Universal Channel in the U.K., Turner’s TNT Nordic, TF1 in France, FOX in Portugal/Spain and SKY in New Zealand.
