LOS ANGELES: Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) has picked up the Syfy drama Wynonna Earp from Dynamic Television for Spike feeds in numerous markets.

The supernatural series, recently renewed for a second season, will roll out on Spike in the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Middle East and Africa. It is based on the Beau Smith graphic novel from IDW Publishing.

“Wynonna is our kind of heroine, she packs a punch with the perfect blend of attitude, sex appeal and adrenaline-fueled, high-stakes action,” said Daniel March, managing partner at Dynamic Television. “The series has a loud and boisterous fan base and is one of the most talked about shows in social media. We’re thrilled to bring the Wynonna sensation to the Spike channels around the world.”
