Cineflix Rights Inks New Deals for Coroner

Cineflix Rights has closed more deals for the first three seasons of the crime drama Coroner and has acquired the global rights to the fourth season of the CBC original series.

For seasons one through three, Cineflix has secured sales with Nine Network (Australia), Sky (U.K.), Paramount+ (Nordics), SBS (Belgium), Sky Italia and Stöð 2 (Iceland). Inspired by the best-selling series of books by M.R. Hall, Coroner centers on Dr. Jenny Cooper, a recently widowed, newly appointed coroner who investigates suspicious, unnatural and sudden deaths in Toronto.

Coroner airs on networks and platforms including in more than 150 territories, including The CW Network (U.S.), Sky Witness (U.K.), Globo (Brazil) and NBCUniversal International Networks. It is produced by Muse Entertainment, Back Alley Films and Cineflix Studios for CBC in Canada.
