Youku Tudou Appoints CFO

BEIJING: Youku Tudou has named Hugh Wu as its senior VP and chief financial officer.

Before joining Youku Tudou, Wu served as CFO of Lenovo China and Asia Pacific Emerging Markets, excluding Australia, New Zealand and Japan (APEM), and VP of Lenovo Group. He was also in charge of managing all of Lenovo Group's wholly owned entities and joint ventures in China and APEM. Prior to Lenovo Group, Wu served as the senior finance controller at Microsoft Greater China, CFO and executive director of BOD at Hc360.com, and CFO at Lenovo Mobile.
