TVNZ Takes Betty White Prank Show

 MUNICH: Betty White’s Off Their Rockers, which aired on NBC in the U.S., has been picked up by TV2 in New Zealand.

Sold be Red Arrow International, Betty White’s Off Their Rockers is the U.S. version of the International Emmy Award-winning comedy Benidorm Bastards. A second season of the show has been ordered by NBC. TVNZ will launch the first season on TV2 later this year.

"TV2 is the home of comedy and we can’t wait for New Zealanders to fall in love with the antics of Betty White and her friends in Betty White’s Off Their Rockers," said John Kelly, TV2 programmer.

Yan He, the regional sales director for New Zealand at Red Arrow International, commented, "Betty White is a true icon and is known for her charm and sense of humor all over the world. Now, it is time for the New Zealanders to witness her and her gang in action."
