NBCU Preps Asian Version of How Do I Look? for DIVA

SINGAPORE: NBCUniversal International Television has tapped Matchbox Asia to produce an Asian version of the makeover series How Do I Look?, to launch in mid-2015 on DIVA.

The series is getting an 8×1-hour treatment for DIVA, NBCU's leading women's entertainment channel in the region. The show will feature local fashion experts and style icons. Jeannie Mai, the face of the U.S. How Do I Look?, is set to appear in each episode as well. DIVA also airs the original version of the series, soon to launch its tenth season.

“Fashion-forward, fascinating and viewer-friendly, How Do I Look? is one of the most successful series on DIVA and an all-time favorite among our core female viewers,” said Christine Fellowes, the managing director for the Asia Pacific at Universal Networks International. “We are excited to greenlight a local version of How Do I Look? to further strengthen the show’s proposition with our Asian audience by showcasing a diverse range of looks that are relevant to their style while accommodating the region’s climate, trends and sensibilities.”
