MIAMI: Nippon Television Network co-developed the format AHA! Experience with Dori Media.

“The original program has been earning top ratings for many years in Japan,” says Mikiko Nishiyama, the director of international business development at Nippon Television Network. “This easy-to-understand entertainment quiz show can be adapted for the afternoon or prime time.”

Nippon also has in its catalogue Hajime no Ippo: The Fighting!, an anime series. “We believe this series will be appealing for this market since boxing is a popular sport in Latin America, and the series has already been successful in Japan and other countries around the world,” says Nishiyama. There is also the romantic dramedy The Easygoing Police, which, Nishiyama says, “has a universal theme and appeals to all ages.”
