NATPE Spotlight: ABC Commercial

MIAMI: Following on the success of Surfing the Menu is Surfing the Menu: Next Generation, which is part of the ABC Commercial catalogue.

Former MasterChef Australia contestants Dan Churchill and Hayden Quinn host the new program, which combines travel, cooking and adventure. The pair “have amazing on-air chemistry and an energy and enthusiasm that will appeal to buyers and viewers alike,” according to Katherine McMillan, the sales manager for formats and Latin America at ABC Commercial.

Another highlight is Hoot Hoot Go!, a new preschool program spun off from the hit series Giggle and Hoot. There is also The Secret River, a drama that “has strong appeal because it combines compelling storytelling with stunning production values, and deals in universal themes,” says McMillan.

“We have recently focused on building our content slate and are expecting significant growth across all platforms over the next year,” McMillan adds.
