HBO GO is now offering discounted three-month subscriptions on a D2C basis in six regional markets: starting at S$9.99 ($7.43) a month in Singapore, RM23.30 ($5.60) in Malaysia, PHP99.70 ($2) in the Philippines, Rp33,000 ($2.34) in Indonesia, Bt99.70 ($3) in Thailand and NT$97 ($3.50) in Taiwan. The service is delivered via third-party operators in Hong Kong and Vietnam.

“With a new price point and some of the best-loved content out there, HBO GO presents its most compelling proposition yet,” said Amit Malhotra, managing director for HBO GO/HBO Max in Southeast Asia, India and Korea. “As we close out 2021, there are more and more reasons to subscribe, especially with the holiday season around the corner.”

The lineup for the service in the coming months includes La Brea, Hacks and the new season of Succession, as well as the Taiwanese HBO Asia original Who’s By Your Side and hit Warner Bros. movies 45 days after their local theatrical debut in cinemas.
