Australia’s 7flix Debuts with Slew of First-Run U.S. Dramas

SYDNEY: Seven’s new digital channel, 7flix, made its debut yesterday with a roster of first-run U.S. series, including the dramas Once Upon a Time, Grey’s Anatomy, How to Get Away with Murder and Scandal.

Season four of Once Upon a Time made its Australian premiere on 7flix today at 7:30 p.m. local time. It joins other premiere-week highlights such as The Muppets, The Mindy Project and The Amazing Race.

Later this year, the channel will premiere John Stamos’s new comedy Grandfathered, the musical comedy Galavant and Marvel’s Agent Carter. 7flix will air movies every night at 8:30 p.m. Titles to roll out in the first few weeks include Love Actually, You, Me and Dupree, Sister Act, Ten Things I Hate About You, Meet The Parents, Coming to America, Coyote Ugly and Ghost.
