The SpringHill Company is merging with Fulwell 73, with existing shareholders investing $40 million to fuel the growth of the enlarged company.

Following a devolution deal agreed between the U.K. government and the north east of England as part of the spring budget, the region is equipped to develop Crown Works Studios, a TV and film studio complex in Sunderland.

Netflix is set to debut Jonas Brothers Family Roast, hosted by Kenan Thompson and produced by Fulwell 73, in November.

Valence Media has purchased a minority stake in Fulwell 73, the independent production company run by partners Ben Winston, Leo Pearlman, Gabe Turner, Ben Turner and James Corden.
