Showcase Entertainment to Debut Uri Geller Projects at AFM

WOODLAND HILLS, October 22: Showcase Entertainment has
announced plans to unveil four new factual programs featuring mentalist Uri
Geller at this year’s AFM.

Uri Geller: A Life Stranger than Fiction is a documentary on Geller’s life from his early
childhood to his rise to fame, touching on controversial subjects with
never-before-seen footage culled from his personal archives. Cursed is a first-person account of Geller’s visit to a
haunted 15th century Palazzo in Venice, Italy. Uri’s Haunted Cities:
Venice, a BSkyB U.K. production,
investigates the dark side of Venice. And Beyond Belief, a successful ITV television special, features
Geller and an array of people with paranormal gifts.

Geller currently stars in NBC’s new reality series Phenomenon, in which he and illusionist Criss Angel conduct an intensive search for the next great mentalist.
