Rigel Entertainment to Roll Out New Teen Motocross Film

LOS ANGELES, October 22: Rigel Entertainment is set to begin
production on Metal Birding, a new teen
motocross feature film starring High School Musical’s Corbin
Bleu, this November in Vancouver.

The action-filled coming-of-age story centers on 19-year-old
Cale Bryant (Bleu), a pre-eminent racer on the local motocross circuit with a
down-on-their-luck family. On the eve of the big Amateur National
Championships, a family tragedy strikes, potentially signifying the end of
Cale’s dream to win the competition.

Metal Birding is
directed by Jeff Woolnough (Taken,
Dark Angel, Battlestar Galactica), and the
original screenplay is written by Jeffrey Nicholson and Joshua Leibner. Rigel
Entertainment owns all worldwide rights to the film.
