RTL Acquires Just for Laughs Gags

MONTREAL, August 29: RTL in
Germany has picked up 50 half-hour episodes of the hidden-camera comedy series Just
For Laughs Gags for launch next week.

The show has been airing on ABC
in the U.S. this summer. Other broadcast partners include BBC One, TF1 and CBC
in Canada.

“We are proud to bring Just
for Laughs, the most hilarious and most
successful candid camera clip show, to RTL,” said Holger Andersen, the senior
VP of comedy at RTL.

The show can be seen in 125
countries around the world and on 95 airlines.
