Polish Crime Series to Get Russian Adaptation from Endemol

WARSAW: Endemol Neovision has picked up the rights to the TVN drama Crime Detectives for a local version to be produced by its Russian subsidiary Weit Media.

The series is in its eighth season on Poland’s TVN. It centers on detective Zawada, whose motto is "No crime can go off without punishment." Zawada and his team are determined to solve every puzzle and bring offenders to justice. Each episode features a new criminal case.

The Russian treatment could hit screens as soon as fall.
