Night Train Media Sells Stakes in Eccho Rights, BossaNova, Curve

Herbert L. Kloiber’s Night Train Media has sold its stakes in Eccho Rights, BossaNova Media and Curve Media to Serafin Group. The news was first reported by Deadline.

Night Train held a 100 percent stake in Curve, 75 percent stake in Eccho Rights and 51 percent stake in BossaNova Media.

Serafin has installed Christoph Auer as interim CEO of Eccho following the takeover.

Serafin will remain a 50 percent investor in Night Train, which is planning to focus on co-producing and co-financing high-end scripted TV and films.

Curve is known for unscripted titles such as Our Dementia Choir and Chess Masters. BossaNova Media, founded and led by CEO Paul Heaney, is known for housing Borderforce USA and Caught on Dash Cam and running its own Development Day. Eccho Rights hold a 25,000-hour library.
