Neptuno Announces Asian Deals

Barcelona, December 19: Following the Asia TV Forum,
production and distribution company Neptuno Films has finalized sales of its
two new series, The Gloops and Zoomix, to C4U in Korea.

The Gloops is a 3-D
animated preschool series that has no dialogue. The 104×3-minute series
features an extraterrestrial family that invites young children to guess the
origins of different sounds. The series was launched last November on VOOM HD
Network’s Animania channel in the North American market.

Zoomix, which is
still in production, sets out to familiarize young viewers with different
species of animals, incorporating fun facts about their lives and habits. The
series is slated for delivery in fall 2008.

“We are delighted with the support we’ve received in the
Asian market and we hope to close more pre-sales contracts for Zoomix in 2008,” said Alba Sani, the head of sales of
Neptuno’s international division. We are also excited about the positioning of
our brand Dougie in Disguise in
the principal Asian markets, including True Visions in Thailand, Kids Central
in Singapore and EBS in Korea, among other channels.”
