NBCU Launches Time-Shifted Channels in the U.K.

LONDON, August 8: NBC
Universal Global Networks has launched two time-shifted channels on the Sky and
Virgin Media platforms: Diva TV +1 and Hallmark Channel +1.

Hallmark Channel features
drama series such as House, Law
& Order and Damages. The sixth season of Law & Order: Criminal
Intent and the ninth season of Law
& Order: Special Victims Unit will
make their British debut on the network on September 1 and October 5,
respectively. Diva TV highlights glamour and gossip, featuring Oprah Winfrey as
well as The Bold & The Beautiful, Late Show with David Letterman and Secret Lives of Women.

NBC Universal Global
Networks’ U.K. portfolio also includes SCI FI, home to shows like Heroes, Thunderbirds, Medium, Flash Gordon
and Who Wants To Be A Superhero,
and Movies 24, which features TV movies.

Martin Heaton Cooper, the
managing director of U.K. channels for NBC Universal Global Networks, said:
