LOS ANGELES: NATPE has announced the representatives for its new Digital Advisory Board, which is meant to help create a broader digital content presence.

The new members are Rob Barnett, the founder and CEO of My Damn Channel; Jason Hirschhorn, the CEO of The ReDEF Group; Jordan Levin, the CEO of Generate and president of Alloy Digital; Erin McPherson, the VP and head of video programming and originals at Yahoo!; Jon Miller, the founder of Fuel Media/Commerce; Lori Schwartz, tech catalyst and principal of World of Schwartz; Quincy Smith, founding partner for Code Advisors; and Tim Spengler, the worldwide CEO of Magna Global.

The group, which was first announced at last month’s NATPE, will be led by Ross Levinsohn, the CEO of Guggenheim Digital Media. Its goal is to promote the discovery, creation and monetization of content, and facilitate relationships between the Hollywood, international, digital and brand/advertising communities.

"Our focus is to bring together some of the most creative, successful minds in the digital content business, and underscore our commitment to serving as a facilitator between the creation and monetization of content across all platforms," said Rod Perth, the CEO and president of NATPE||Content First. "This is a serious effort to build on the momentum from a very successful NATPE 2013 in January."
