NATPE Spotlight: A+E Networks

Among A+E Networks’ NATPE highlights is the historical drama Hernán, which follows Captain Hernán Cortés as he leads the conquest of continental America in the name of the King of Spain and forges the meeting of two civilizations.

Another drama series in the A+E Networks catalog is Miss Scarlet and the Duke. Set in 1880s London, a time and place marked by serial killer Jack the Ripper’s eventual reign of terror, the series is centered on an independent heroine and detective played by Kate Phillips (Peaky Blinders).

Meanwhile, award-winning actor Damian Lewis (Homeland, Billions) hosts Damian Lewis: Spy Wars. The eight-part series sees the star tackle some of the most thrilling covert missions in modern-day history with the help of newly declassified information, experts and intelligence officers with firsthand insight.
