MTV Revolution to Webcast Latin American Awards

MIAMI, October 17: MTV Latin America will webcast its Los
Premios MTV Latin America 2006
ceremony
live on its broadband platform MTV Revolution beginning 10 p.m. Mexico time on
October 19 from the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City.

The network is also producing a half-hour MTV News post-show
exclusively for MTV Revolution that will be available immediately after the
show’s webcast.

Los Premios MTV Latin America 2006will air on MTV Latin
America to more than 24 countries and it will be seen on MTV, MTV2 and
MTV Tr3s in the U.S., as well as the MTV channels in Spain, Denmark, European
(Emerging Markets), Japan, Russia, Brazil and Canada, reaching 195 million
households.

“Our audience is constantly evolving and finding new ways to
get music and entertainment content through digital platforms, so MTV
Revolution is a great way for our fans to experience this great event like
never before,” said Luis Goicouria, the VP of digital media for MTV Networks
Latin America. “The MTV Revolution
on-demand experience will also give users access to their favorite Los

moments whenever they want it and at the click of a mouse.”

The winners of Los Premios MTV 2006 were selected by MTV
Latin America viewers, who cast 5 million votes online at MTVla.com and over
50,000 votes via SMS in Latin America.
