MTV Networks Argentina Announces New Digital Media Team

MIAMI, June 1:
Viacom-owned MTV Networks Argentina has announced several key appointments
within its new digital media division.

Juan Ramiro Fernandez has
been named to position of director for digital media for Nickelodeon Latin
America and wireless business development for MTV and VH1 Latin America in
Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Peru and Ecuador. In his new role,
Fernandez will be responsible for developing and maintaining content for
Nickelodeon’s pan-regional website, www.Mundonick.com.
In addition, he will oversee MTVNLA’s wireless business development, including
relationships with carriers and partners. He joins MTVN Argentina from
Discovery Networks Latin America/Iberia where he was the director of business
development for new media across all of Discovery Latin America’s brands.

Natalia Zuazo joins MTVN
Argentina as producer of digital media, where she will be responsible for
overseeing online and mobile content for all of MTV and VH1’s properties. Zuazo
will produce, supervise and maintain online and mobile content for MTVla.com,
MTVRevolution.com, VH1la.com and LaZona.com. She will also work within the
digital media department to develop, adapt and edit online content, including
news, specials, artist interviews and exclusive album previews for MTV Networks
Latin America’s various sites and mobile offerings.

Soledad Moll joins the
company as the manager of online ad sales, where she will work closely with
MTVN’s digital media and ad sales teams. Moll will be responsible for online
advertising sales for the company’s web and broadband sites including, www.mtvla.com, www.mtvrevolution.com,
www.mundonick.com, www.mundonick.com/nickturbo
and www.neopets.com.
