MIA Unveils Full Program

MIA (Mercato Internazionale Audiovisivo) returns to Rome for its 11th edition next month with more than 80 events slated across the market, running from October 6 to 10.

MIA is promoted by ANICA (Italian Association of Film, Audiovisual and Digital Industries), chaired by Alessandro Usai, and APA (Italian Audiovisual Producers Association), chaired by Chiara Sbarigia, and directed by Gaia Tridente.

In addition to panels, conferences, research presentations, seminars, workshops and training sessions, keynote speeches and round tables, the event will play host to a range of screenings. Five showcases will feature 44 titles across animation, documentaries, formats, series, and films, adding to the 62 projects in the co-production market. A total of over 100 projects will be presented at MIA 2025. The event is also hosting official delegations from a range of Latin American countries, including Cuba, as well as from Sweden and Canada.
