LOS ANGELES: The BBC One drama The A Word, about a family dealing with an autistic child, is on offer from Keshet International.

The show, based on an Israeli series and Keshet International format, is co-produced by Fifty Fathoms and Keshet UK. Another highlight is Master Class, a feel-good entertainment program that Keren Shahar, the managing director of distribution at Keshet International, believes is perfect for family viewing.

Also being showcased by the company at the L.A. Screenings is Touch, a new cross-media game. “Touch enables audiences to play against contestants in the studio while the show is on air and against each other offline whenever they like,” says Shahar. “It’s the ideal format for broadcasters who stand out in today’s crowded market and prioritize engagement.”

Shahar adds, “We are currently working on taking our business in Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic market to the next level by expanding our distribution model and local production capabilities.”
