Howard Bolter Tapped as President/COO for LATV

LOS ANGELES, January 29: LATV has announced the appointment
of Howard Bolter as president and COO, as the bilingual music and entertainment
network gears up for a nationwide rollout.

LATV recently announced an affiliation agreement with
Post-Newsweek stations in Houston (KPRC), Miami (WPLG), Orlando (WKMG) and San
Antonio (KSAT). LATV will be multicast on these stations' digital spectrum. At
launch, LATV will also be carried on basic cable through its affiliates. In
addition, LATV will be carried in Los Angeles on KJLA via cable, broadcast and
satellite.

Based in Los Angeles, Bolter will administer the day-to-day
operations of the network. His duties will include directly overseeing business
development, legal and business affairs, production, operations, engineering,
information technology and human resources.

Most recently, Bolter was the EVP of Wobo Media, a broadband
company. Prior to this he served as senior VP of network and production
operations at E! Networks.
