Alexey Lazarenko to Lead Gala Media & Film

BERLIN, January 30: Alexey Lazarenko has been named managing
director for Gala Media & Film Intl., the recently founded subsidiary of
Germany’s A Company Consulting & Licensing that is focused on distributing
titles to the Russian and CIS markets.

Lazarenko joins Gala Media & Film from Central
Partnership, prior to which he was at the acquisitions department of one of
Russia’s leading independent home entertainment distributors, Soyuz Video. He
takes on his new position in February.
