Greek Deal for FID

LONDON, August 24: Fremantle International Distribution
(FID) has licensed more than 50 hours of programming to SKAI TV in Greece,
which relaunched this April after an eight-year absence.

Factual properties in the deal include Prehistoric Park, Nigel
Marven’s Animal Detectives, Nigel
Marven’s Venom Hunters, Jamie
Oliver Happy Days Live, Jamie’s Kitchen and
Jamie At Home. SKAI also picked
up the documentary specials Herod,
Spartacus, War of the
Birds, Munich: Real Assassins, Holy Warriors, Violent Hawaii, Beatles
Biggest Secrets and Mysteries Of
The Pyramids. On the drama front it opted
for Fingersmith, The
Mayor of Casterbridge, King Lear, Macbeth
and Four Fathers.
