Former ITV Exec Joins Zig Zag Advisory Board

LONDON: Jeff Henry, previously the chief executive of ITV’s consumer division, has been appointed as Zig Zag Productions’ advisory board chairman.

Henry will be responsible for advising on the strategic direction of the company, in areas of investment and new media, among others. Along with having served at ITV, Henry was also chief executive of the Hallmark Channel for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Last year he founded JRM Media, an investment/operating business aimed toward identifying media-related opportunities. He also launched the interactive "second screen" service TellyLinks.

Zig Zag’s CEO, Danny Fenton, said: “I am delighted to announce that Jeff Henry will be joining the rapidly growing and vibrant team at Zig Zag. Jeff comes to us with a wealth of media expertise and is one of the industry’s most respected executives. We are very excited about working with him to develop and grow the business over the months and years to come. Together we will look to expand the advisory board over the coming months.”

Henry added: "When talented people meet opportunities, then great things happen. I am so pleased to be working with Zig Zag and be an integral part of its exciting future."
