Former GRB Worldwide Chief Launches New Venture

LOS ANGELES, October 30: Gavin Tyler Reardon, most recently
the president of GRB Worldwide, has launched a new outfit, …and action!
Distribution, with a representation deal already in place with the German
production venture Action Concept.

Under the terms of the deal, …and action! Distribution will
exclusively distribute all of Action Concept’s newly produced programming,
outside of Germany. Heading into the AFM, …and action! will be showcasing two
action movies and a behind-the-scenes reality-action series. They are Crash
Kids: Trust No One, Dekker the
Trucker and the 8×30-minute Europe’s
Greatest Stunts. Additionally there is a
development slate of three additional action films and two new action-hour
series for television to be ready by first quarter 2007.

Reardon noted in announcing the new venture, “I purposefully
decided to launch …and action! Distribution with the Action Concept product as
I am a huge fan of their productions and believe that this is the type of
programming that will work in every country around the world. No one produces
action programming better than Action Concept.”

He continued, “In addition to securing sales while at AFM, I
will be meeting with producers aggressively looking for product to add to our
future line-up. I look forward to working closely with outside producers
developing strategic distribution and acquisition partnerships.”
