Endemol Signs Jonathan Ross to Development Deal

LONDON: Endemol has entered into an exclusive development deal with Hotsauce TV, which is owned by entertainer and talk-show host Jonathan Ross.

Hotsauce TV is behind the hits Friday Night with Jonathan Ross, The Big Fat Quiz, Japanorama and Adam & Joe Go Tokyo. The new agreement will see Hotsauce working exclusively with Endemol to jointly create and produce entertainment ideas. As part of the deal, Endemol will distribute the programs and formats born from the partnership on a global basis.

Ross commented: “I am beyond excited to be working with the biggest and best production company in the world.”

Tim Hincks, the CEO at Endemol UK, said: “Jonathan is not merely the U.K.’s most famous and successful talk show host, he is also brimming with TV ideas and I’m delighted we’re going to be working together to create new hits.”
