DRG Adds New Sales Manager to Team

DRG has appointed Jack Watson sales manager for Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Watson, whose remit will include the Baltic territories, will be reporting to DRG’s commercial director, Adam Barth. He joins DRG from Pilot Film and Television Productions, where he was sales manager across broadcast and inflight, finding international homes for such travel and history programs as Empire Builders, Great Railway Journeys of Europe and Globe Trekker. Previously, Watson served as a part of A&E Network’s London-based sales team, covering the EMEA region.

Barth said: “With his mix of big company experience and small company entrepreneurial spirit—not to mention love of TV—Jack’s background makes him a perfect addition to the DRG team. We are glad to have him on board and look forward to introducing him to our broadcaster, platform and producer clients as we head towards MIPCOM.”
