CBS Seals Five-Year Pact for AMAs

CBS has clinched a new five-year pact with Dick Clark Productions (DCP) for the rights to broadcast the American Music Awards (AMAs).

The deal, which kicks off with the May 2026 broadcast, will also see the annual music awards show streaming on Paramount+.

The 2025 edition of the AMAs scored more than 10 million viewers across the CBS live broadcast and encore viewings on MTV, CMT and BET.
